1.Electrolytic deburring

This deburring method is achieved by dissolving the anode with electric and chemical energy. Turbine flowmeter parts are connected with the positive pole of DC film as an anode, forming tools are connected with the negative pole of DC power supply as a cathode, and the gap between the two poles is maintained to allow electrolyte to circulate.

2、Chemical deburring

The finished parts are put into the metal solution, and the metal on the surface of the parts is transferred to the solution in the form of ions. These ions will adhere to the surface of the parts, forming a film with high resistance and low conductivity to protect the workpiece from corrosion, and the burr can be removed by chemical action because it is higher than the surface.

3.Burr removal by rolling

The parts and abrasives are put into the closed drum together. During the rotating process of the drum, the dynamic torque sensor, parts and abrasives are grinded together to remove burrs. Abrasives can be made of quartz sand, sawdust, alumina, ceramics, metal rings, etc.

4. Deburring at High Temperature

Firstly, the parts that need deburring will be put into the tightly sealed chamber, and then the whole part will be fed into the hydrogen-oxygen mixture with a certain pressure. Ignition will explode the mixture gas, release heat, and burn the burrs of the parts without harming the parts

Whether there is a certain standard for the selection of metal powder injection moulding parts is an affirmative question. Generally speaking, the standard is whether its quality is qualified, and whether it can withstand long-term action. If the quality of parts is not good, the time it can use will certainly be much shorter than that of parts with good quality, but also a lot of things will be delayed.
