This week, we had produced some MIM gears for mechinery equipment. It is the best choice if steel gears maken by our MIM process with high quality. Compared with powder metallurgy, MIM gears have compact density reach 7.80g/cm3. 

We made this precision spur gear using material 17-4PH, the hardness would reach 45HRC, which have better friction and endurence performance.

Also, sealing property is our big advantage by PIM process.
