Metal powder injection molding (MPIM) is a new and high technology which combines traditional powder metallurgy (PM) technology with plastic injection molding (PIM) technology.
It is a revolution in the forming process of small and complex parts. It mixes the applicable technical powder and binder evenly into rheological feed, injects into the injection machine, sinters and densifies the obtained blanks into finished products after degreasing treatment, and if necessary, can also carry out post-processing.
