Ipson's TITAN DS implements a concept of lower cost-intensive and uniform control. The unit with a capacity of 1000L can achieve an annual output of 100t. The design of hot zone is shown in following figure.

Its infrastructure is a circular carbon steel structure (distributor), which provides uniform support for the heat zone, heating elements and insulation layer. Flat strip graphite heating elements completely surround the cylindrical part of the hot zone and are arranged evenly in order to provide the best energy transfer for the working area. The heating element attached to the front and rear ends further improves the temperature uniformity to <3 degree C. 

Inside of the insulation layer is a multi-layer graphite felt with high performance, and the surface is CFC material. The input of process gas can be adjusted independently and the flow rate can be controlled, which helps to maintain a differential pressure in the heat zone and in the gap between distributor and furnace shell. The uniform process gas circulates inside and outside the hot zone to ensure the uniform evaporation of the binder, prevent the re-deposition of the binder, and protect the hot zone from pollution.
