In this way, the key components of vacuum sintering furnace are very important.


Hot zone design and gas management system


The degassing process of residual polymer binder occurs when the heating temperature and average heat treatment temperature reach 600 degree C. In order to effectively transport gaseous substances outside the hot zone, it is necessary to have a continuous homogeneous purifying air flow at all points in the box. The design of gas-tight furnace gallbladder (or muffle) can reduce the furnace size and realize external heating. The main advantage of this design is that the furnace provides a high purity atmosphere and ensures the hot air flows evenly through the parts. However, it is not easy to install a cooling fan in the furnace, which will lead to a longer production cycle and more investment, maintenance and energy costs.
