Through the injection molding machine, the forming blank can be obtained, and after the degreasing process, the sintered and densified into the final product, the small workpiece with precise size and complex three-dimensional shape can be produced automatically and in large quantities, and the lubrication degree of the whole process can be improved through the oil immersion process.
1. Ordinary immersion
The cleaned sintered products are immersed in the oil, and the oil is immersed into the pores of the products under the action of capillary force. This method takes a long time to soak oil, low efficiency, generally need a few hours, is suitable for the oil content is not high in the product.
2. Vacuum immersion
Place the cleaned, sintered product in a vacuum chamber, seal and pump to -720mm Hg, then add the oil to the vacuum chamber and heat to 80 degrees Celsius for 2 ^ minutes to half an hour. Oil can be immersed in the product in a clock because the air in the product's connected pores is drawn out.
3. Heat and soak oil
Soak the cleaned sintered product in hot oil at 80 to 120 degrees Celsius for one hour. As the product is heated, the air in the connected pores expands, removing some of the air. As it cools, the remaining air contracts again, drawing oil into the pores. Because of the good fluidity and lubricity of hot oil, more oil can be immersed into the product.
