Micro injection moulding technology is an improvement of traditional injection moulding technology. It is a forming technology developed for parts with a dimension of less than 1um. The basic technology is common with traditional injection moulding, but the particle size of material powder is smaller.
Microfluidic equipment with surface micro-layout accuracy of 10um has been developed by using micro-injection moulding technology, and stainless steel parts with scale of 350um-900um have been manufactured. Co-sintering or co-bonding of different material compositions and composite layouts have been completed, and magnetic/non-magnetic, conductor/non-conductor micro-composite parts have been obtained.
