1) The sintering cost is very high, since the bigger the components structures, the smaller the sintering quantity we could place into one sintering furnace, so the everage sintering cost rises. 2) It is very difficult remove the debinder completely in degreasing operation,generally 98% debinder could be removed after the degreasing operations, but for the big structures components, 98% is very difficult, so it would afftect the later sintering processing.
Metal Injection Molding(MIM) technology is very suitable for the small and high precise structures components production, but not very suitable for the big structures and big weights components, the reasons as below:
