1. At the molding temperature, the binders are usually a short polymer filler with low viscosity.

2. In the heating process, there must be main chain polymer which can keep the shape of green billet unchanged.

3. Low molecular weight. Binders should avoid residual stress and deformation, and should be easy to bond with the surface of solid powder;

4. The surface of solid powder can ensure good wettability with additives, and make them bond well and not easy to separate.

5. Low price, environmental protection and low water absorption.
